Availability and Time Slots:

If you do not need the room for the entire day, our rooms can be booked at the following time slots:

Full-day use Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. is $240.00 per day for the Conference Room and $200.00 per day for the Meeting Room.

Subject to availability we offer five-day exclusive use (same week) of $1,000.00 for the Conference Room and $850.00 for the Meeting Room.

If you wish to leave equipment in the rooms overnight, you must pay for exclusive use of $50 per night.

We offer an exclusive use Saturday discounted price of $300.00 for 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  If you do not need the room for the entire Saturday, our rooms can be booked at the following time slots:

Any time over your scheduled time slot will be billed $30 per fifteen-minute increment. However, if you anticipate your time to run over your allotted time slot noted above, please notify our office in advance, as someone may have reserved the next slot, and you could be asked to leave the room because the reserved party has priority.

Pre-payment and Cancellation Policy:

It is our policy that payment must be made prior to reservation.  Our office accepts payment in the form of cash, check and all major credit cards via PayPal.  Upon receipt of your payment, we will proceed with the scheduling and guarantee you the conference room at the given times.  If the reservation is canceled with our office more than 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.  Anything canceled with less than a 48-hour notice will be subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.

Extended Use

Due to our location across from the courthouse, our rooms are ideal for “trial war rooms,” witness preparation and waiting rooms, and extended depositions. This is subject to availability and pre-scheduling to avoid conflicts.  Our conference rooms are available for 24-hour, 7-day a week exclusive use for up to a month at a time. The rates are $1,200.00 for 7 days for the Conference Room and $1,000.00 for 7 days for the Meeting Room.  If you wish to leave equipment in the rooms, you must pay for exclusive use.
