Welcome to the County Square Conference Rooms!

Our beautiful large conference room is comfortable for a meeting, seminar, or deposition.  Our meeting room is great for meetings, document signings and “war rooms” during long trials.  We are conveniently located across the street from the Ventura County Government Center.

Included with your Conference Room reservation:

• a free secured Wi-Fi connection;
• use of the large screen television by connecting your laptop for visual presentations or to run DVD video;
• 12 chairs but can seat up to 16 people comfortably;
• tables can be arranged as a long conference room table, or as individual workshop tables that seat 4 people each and all have a clear view of the video or seminar speaker; and
• countertop area for setting up your own beverages and refreshments.

Included with your Meeting Room reservation:

• a free secured Wi-Fi connection;
• use of a medium sized flat screen television by connecting your laptop for visual presentations or to run DVD video;
• 4 chairs but can seat up to 5 people comfortably;
• for a more relaxed meeting there is a leather couch that seats 3 with a seating area of 71 inches;
• one meeting table; and
• countertop area for setting up your own beverages and refreshments.

Additional Services and Fees:

• coffee bar – one 12-cup pot of regular and one 12-cup pot of decaffeinated ($10);
• deluxe size coffee bar – one 30-cup urn of regular and one 30-cup urn of decaffeinated ($25);
• 16 fl oz water ($0.50 each);
• copy service ($0.50 per page);
• fax service ($1.00 per page);
• notary service ($15 per signature notarized);
• witness service ($15 per witness).

For additional services, please speak with our scheduling coordinator prior to your reservation.  Our scheduling coordinator is available Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. (closed for lunch between 1:15 p.m. – and 2:15 p.m.) and 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
